Self onboarding

1. Sign up at posly.xyz with your venue name and slug.
2. Walk through the four-step wizard. Tenant settings, menu, terminals, staff.
3. Paste your menu as text or upload a CSV. Posly parses categories, products and prices.
4. Configure terminals (one per till) and assign receipt printers.
5. Add staff and let them pick their own PIN on first login.
6. Test print, run a sample order, mark paid, verify receipt prints correctly.

Paid onboarding

1. Book a 10 minute kickoff call.
2. Provide your venue brief: identity, opening hours, service charge, VAT, PromptPay ID, menu, staff list, modules.
3. Posly configures your tenant remotely (30 to 60 minutes, automated).
4. 10 minute handoff: you log in, pick your staff PIN, plug in printers, run a test print.

Going live

• Verify menu and prices.
• Print test slips.
• Configure LINE OA token if using LINE notifications.
• Activate Stripe billing or stay on free trial.
